So if we don't put inexperienced pilots in front of the controls? how are they ever to become experienced. Training is not experience. How do you call them idiots, one of these "idiots" knows more how to fly a plane, or about a plane for that mater, then you do.
I think the is training wrong?
Who put these? inexperienced idiots in front of the controls? They are murderers!
On the other hand, most of? the developments and changes in aircraft designs are made to avoid a specific problem AFTER that problem occurs for the first time ( or maybe even later ) and if at that first time a crash is avoided, it is due to the skills and experience of the flight crew. So restricting the actions of a crew is plain stupid unless you can design and manufacture a 100% faultless, unbreakable aircraft which can operate all on its own.
When a programmer for one of the airliner manufacturer was asked why they are designing pilots out of the loop, he answered, "Because 80% of crashes are caused by pilots". But this completely ignored all? the potentially deadly incidents that were averted by action taken by the flight crew.
