LG WT5001CW Piece of Junk DONT BUY!!! You can fast forward to minute 1 nad then to minute 3, thats after I rearranged the load. Bought it just over a month now, two service calls and endless conversations with people that claim " they want to help", but they dont. The machine sounds like its going to come thru the walls every time it goes into the spin cycle. Watch the video. It does that every single time, no matter how you rearrange the clothes. Notice the "True-Valance Anti-vibration System" label in the front of the washer. What a joke!

All of these hi efficiency washers and dryers suck. I just got rid of a Kenmore Elite HE3 front load washer. It barely used any water. Someone explain to me how clothes can get clean when you use so little water. Answer: you can't. I now have a new standard efficiency (old school design) GE top loader that uses as much water as I? want and my clothes smell fresh and clean again. No more hi efficiency garbage for me.

I just bought the same washer and got it last Thursday. First thing I washed was? towels, and mine got out of balance although I rearranged them and the washer finished. However, every once in a while the water being pumped in the drain hose goes in to fast, then it pumps it right out of the drain onto the floor. It has done that several times...the drain hose doesn't go far enough down into the drain pipe. You having any problems with draining water?
