This issues has been fixed. What you need to do in order for it to work, you need to go into your hard drive on your Xbox and delete the compatibility pack. Then you need to clear your HDD cache, to do this select your memory unit and hit "y"? there should be an option, if not Google "how to clear Xbox 360 cache".
Anyways, once the pack has been deleted, and your Cache restored, start the game up again. You will receive an immediate patch that fixed this issue, then just re-download the pack.
