If this is the reason there is nothing you can do about, unless email them your ID as given when created the? account and they may release it.
i can play with the account on? an other computer but not on mine.. i only have to email them and then they unfreeze my account?
Did you check your MAC Address is changed properly?
Try this:
Uninstall PokerStars? (Full Mode), Changed you MAC Address again, Install PokerStars and try to log with your account.
